II.1.5) Short Description of the contract or purchase(s) The principal aim of the project is to upgrade the remainder of the accommodation at Great Minster House in line with previous works, in order to provide a consistent standard of finish across the building and ensure useful occupation may continue until the end of lease. The works comprise of a light touch refurbishment, including repairs and upgrading to the above ceiling cooling and fresh air infrastructure and lighting. New ceilings over approximately 11,500m2; refurbishment of conference facilities; provision of trip end facilities. Works will be undertaken in phases due to limited decant space. There will be provision to add extra phases, vary the scope and extend the term of the contract if required. Overhaul and refurbishment work.
